Guys i have bought a new carbon fiber wing blade for my 997 turbo, and i am having a hard time to get the old one remove, could anyone help me out for this? Do i need a removal tool inorder to get this done??

That tool is useless without a 9X12 Hazet extension bar that attaches to it.



You could use an eBay tool, but the thin metal spanner can damage the hydraulic cylinder, especially with the screw mount design on the 997. It is under significantly greater torque.

 

I have the simple tools and I'm in Vancouver, you can use it if you need!

An expensive mistake can happen when you don't slow down over a speed bump too, lol...you just need to do things slowly and carefully the first time.
