Tranny Grinds When Put Into Reverse

I have installed a B&M SS in my 997TT for about 1yr now. Sometimes when I shift into Reverse the gear doesnt fully engage & it grinds. It will take a couple attempts to fully engage but it gets on my nerves. Anybody else have this problem? Is it seriously hurting my tranny?

I don't know anything about the B&Ms for Porsches, but for tremec transimissions, the action is adjustable. If this is the case for the Porsche transmissions, the shift might not have enough margin to engage the gear.

EDIT: and cheers to a fellow SVT owner. :-)
