Price of Leftover 2009 Turbo??

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a new leftover 2009 turbo cab. Most of the cars have a sticker of 150-155k. The dealers are giving 25-30 off sticker. Does anyone know what the discount is currently, ie $ back from factory and % off MSRP from dealer? Any recent purchases made by members here? Thanks in advance..

Roslyn porsche has several, but I'm sure you know that given your location. Call and ask for Jack.

Chris, I spoke to Jack a few days ago. They have a Cream White, which I really dont like the color that much. They also have a RS orange which is nice, but its HEAVILY optioned to 171k. They went down to 135k, but I am worried about the resale due to the color and no value of the options when its used. Was wondering if anyone got a great deal on leftovers.

I did get a good deal, but the money incentive was through 9/30/09, doubtful still there, though any dealer sitting on an unsold TT Cab at this point is fair game for a deal. Regardless, keep hunting. I did, took me about 4 months to get even close to what I was looking for car-wise (and some help from Stoppie), then a very cooperative dealer/manager willing to cut the deal to the bone.

You should get $25k off MSRP for cars with MSRP of $150k +/- - about $15k in the car and the dealers still have money from Porsche to offer further discounts to the car. You might get a few $ more, but at $25k off you should jump on a car you like. I did 3 weeks ago and am loving every minute of it!

I got $30k off when I got mine. If there are any left by xmas time, you should be able to get that.

Left-over GT2s are even a better deal. Some are $40-50K off MSRP.

I bet they will do even better on the orange TT. I think I looked at 6 mos ago. It's a very cool car. Love the contrast stitching and the paint effect around the shifter. When I saw it they were not as generous - but it was the beginning of the summer, not the tail end of the model year. As eclou said, if you lease it, you won't have to worry about resale and you really can't go wong with 1.9%. Wonder what the residual is now?

I also picked up someone else's SO and I couldn't be happier. I have a smile on my face every single time I look at it and I am truly ecstatic every single time I slip it into 1st and go. While I may not have chosen all of the options the car has, they were a gift with purchase and now I know that a short shifter is an absolute 'must have'

Good luck - can't wait to see photos, especially with the grin you'll have from ear to ear! btw - Jack's great too!
