Ordered SOFTRONIC ECU :)
Performance is great, sport mode really is SPORT MODE.
Have had a couple of friends\colleagues drive the car, I tell them use sport mode on the drive.
Everyone of them come back telling how scary fast that car is.
Thanks
Venkat

Guys,
I know everyone who has a tune is automatically going to be pro the tune they have...but im hopin there is someone out there that has done the exercise in comparing Evomsit's tune against the Softronic? I am very curious where the differences are. I'm sure both tunes are good tunes but would like to know which is the more smoother, linear and better sorted..so on. I hear Evomsit has the sport pedal mode. Is this the same type of thing Softronic tune has in sport mode or is power the same in both modes but just different pedal response in sport?
I'm in the throws of deciding between these two and am not 100% sure which way to jump
. I use my tt as a DD so it needs to be user friendly. I have a tubi street exhaust on now but may change that out shortly for something else. Love the noise on outside but inside it can sometimes bother in the 1800 to 3000rpm zone after a while
.

We dont sell a Master Cable unless you are a Softronic dealer. Protomotive writes their own files but uses the Softronic client to load files via OBDII.
Comparing EVOMSIT to Softronic... A base tune from most all companies will be relatively the same power increase. This is generalizing but different companies use different tuning tools which allow them to access different functions etc. Tuning expertise comes into play when you have mods like my car for example. What I suggest is people to buy based on customer feedback. Both have great feedback.

Can i tune my own car ?
Nobody can tune their own car unless you invest heavily in tools, bench flashers, etc. If spending $50K + is worth it, I can direct you. The Master Cable is for shops like us which allow us to flash many cars with 1 cable for walk in customers.
My local dyno is not working, they said it will be fixed next week, waiting on that to get a before and after dyno run. (have not done a baseline dyno yet). Will keep you all updated.

Thanks. I may run a separate thread to ask for current feedback.
