I wonder what they charged him with? Speeding? He didn't seem to be going that fast. Reckless? He stayed completely within his lane and never even touched the double yellow. BTW, look at the video of the motorcyle rider (chase1080p.wmv) running away from the CHP. I can't believe he even tried to chase that guy down.
