Wheels that look like the 19 inch RS Spyder Whl
Do any wheel vendors make a wheel that looks like the optional 19 inch RS Spyder Wheel on the 997.2 Turbo? I like the design.
Champion RG5 is beautiful and light and one of my favorites, but... it has lips.
The one that's closest to RS Spyder as others have mentioned is HRE P40, which is more curvaceous, 3D, and actually much better looking than RS Spyder wheel.

I think the RG5 looks better than the p40, I didn't think the p43 was a mesh design. BTW, cup cars rims have lips too (see my avatar), so if you want a more motorsports look go champion.

Someone here has it on his Turbo but I am waiting for a nicer picture before posting.
Just kidding.
The wheels on the Maserati are pretty nice and the champion RG5 are very nice but for some reason I still like the design of the RS Spyder center lock better

I can't see what is different but I just like the factory design better.
In the process of looking I found something better then both. Seems most samples I found are black but I think the silver looks better.

My plan was to get these for everyday use and then use the wheels that came on the 997.2 for the track. Even though they are probably heavier The HRE p43 look better to me.

Yes of course go with what you like best. In case you don't already know, the 3 HRE wheels you are asking about represent the 3 basic styles:
P40: Mesh
P41: Double spoke -- I am having some kind of mad love for this wheel. LOL
P43: Single spoke
More than anything else perhaps, wheels are matter of personal preference; there is no right or wrong. That said, I should point out that the factory RS Spyder wheel in person looks linear, flat, and boring. All IMHO of course. The center wheel lock is not something I would want either.

and much stronger looking than the stock car's thin and flimsy lip. The price is a little steep though, 2400 or so for the front lip, plus painting and installation.
