2010 997tt stock dyno

I just had TPC do a baseline dyno run on my new (500mi), stock 997.2tt with PDK and Sport Chrono. Rear wheel HP=450, Torque=400. The comparison is to my 2007 997tt Tip with intercoolers and Promotive tune at 481/464.

After a little more break-in and 4 - 6 track days, the TPC will begin tuning. It looks like it will be easy to find another 5- - 100 HP. More this summer.

Thanks for sharing... Do you have the baseline dyno numbers for the '07 stock?

Not as much as I thought. They dyno'd my stock 07 a couple weeks ago at 430 and after their dyno tune/flash, 514.

Looks like the increase of 20hp is pretty close to right

Xseal... What tune did you go with? Is that jump in power common with a tune only? I've been debating doing this to my '07. I have a Milltek exhaust but no other mods...

Thanks

Totally stock, stock exhaust. TPC does a flash and then tunes the car (making minor changes in the map) on the dyno. Check their website under "software.". I'm pretty happy with the result, as I didn't want to spend much on HP, I spent the $$ on the suspension. Torque curve is deas flat too.

My stock 07 Tip got around 375HP at the rear wheels.

I have not run the 2010 at full throttle on the street yet but plan to do so before I hit the track.

That stock graph is perfectly smooth while the tuned one jumps around quite a bit. I know that's normal but it's amazing what a smooth curve the stock car has. It really shows you what a factory can do with an engine tune.

Thanks for sharing the graph. I've been looking for a base line dyno of the 2010 TT for a while now. Post again after you do the upgrades.
