Never regretted a black interior but man did I despise a gray one I had a few years back...it always looks cheap and awful to me. If anything gray showed a lot more problems than black.

But it's really up to personal preference.

I like classic black especially for sport cars. I have grey on my truck and over time it doesn't wear as well as black IMO. On my P-car I do not have full leather (not by choice) but with the black it's not really noticeable as it would be with other colors. While the exterior colors you've chosen certainly would work with grey, my vote is black.

I currently own a car with a black interior and one with a grey interior. While the black interior looks nice while its clean, it doesnt stay clean very long. On the other hand, my car with the grey interior looks ok but never really needs much cleaning because the dirt just doesnt show.

For reference my exterior color preference is Cobalt blue or any of the gray (Meteor, etc).

Anyone have any regrets from either a grey or a black interior?
It took me a while to find black on black. I just didn't like the grey "stone" interior so I patiently waited for a black one to become available. Personal choice for sure, but classic black rules imho!

+2, have to agree here, gray in my eyes looks cheap, black on the other hand always looks good. Just my .02

Had grey in my old 3 series BMW. Looked fine initially. But in my experience, it picked up dirt very easily and looked like crap only after a year.

I prefer black - although in a Porsche it isn't really a black black (if you know what I mean). It is more of a very dark grey.

Hello Car-N........ I was over at suncoast porsche in sarasota florida today and they had a real nice blue turbo coupe and a brown cab cpo for sale. I think the interior was natural brown, which I like.

My car is arctic silver with stone gray/black interior. I really enjoy the stone gray lower dash and seats even though I was looking for a full black interior when i was shopping for the car.

The problem with the grey is that the cheap black plastic bits are more noticable IMHO than with the black interior. The contrasting black plastic stands out more against a grey interior.

I have black with deviating stitching that matches my Guards Red exterior. Everyone that has seen it loves it.

A little gray can be nice. In 2001 I ordered a 996 Turbo in Artic Silver with graphite, deviating black carpet and a lot of carbon fiber. It looked great as amount of gray was reduced as were the plastic parts by making them carbon.
