Break in
Break in
Is it necessary? How many km we have to avoid: more than 4500rpm / 140km/h , kick down, full throttle, engine braking.
Does the engine has been dynoed before it's installed in the chassis, also the car has been tested on track?
Is the break in important for engine, or others: trans, tyres, brakes?
I read before that we have to drive the car hard in the first 100 km for proper bedded piston ring in the cylinder.

Better make it the extra large size box

Actually...on second thoughts you better park the whole darn popcorn machine to one side so we can all dig in.

you will get 100 different opinions. With regular maintenance and no abuse the car will run for a long time. Dont baby it is my advice, treat her with respect however and there will be near zero issues.
.
Assume you are referring to the owners manual...as in "read the f.....g manual"?
If so i'd be careful with that one mhh.
Its funny coz last time this exact same topic came up i suggested the same thing and basically had rocks thrown at me from all directions. So im not going there again. Im just going to eat my popcorn.
