About $250 month difference in the note for the TT

C4S with aerokit, 6 speed. 5k miles. Stickered at $102k
997TT, tip, 39k miles. Stickered at $150k

Which would you prefer

have not picked up car yet, having 2nd thoughts since its a tip. same dealer has the C4S

 

I second that, the tip would be a deal breaker for me . . .

 

christian thats alot of miles for the money , you can find alot better deal out there, having said that , i agree the tip would be a deal breaker.

 

I wish you guys in the usa would stop reminding me of how cheap you can buys these cars . Even Id compromise and take a tip with those miles for 150k . That same car here would be 260k+

I'd take the C4S with aero kit and 6sp before I'd take that TT with tip. But then again depending on what's being asked for both cars I'd probably keep looking for a better TT.

 

Are you in the US?? If so there should be lots of TT with lower miles for less money. Sorry if I missed your location. Form you sign it looks like your in TN.

 

Well Alex I must admit the thought has crossed my mind to leave the sunny sandy shores of Aus behind for the US of A. They say things are always bigger and better in the states? You guys are quite lucky in a number of ways you know. We have good things too but jeezes we get hammered on our P cars. For a new turbo S try over 500k. 2010 997tt with options @ 480k. Pay that and stay smiling....well you will once youre in it im sure.

Quite right Ruf, even at the current value of 90 cents to your USD your cars are an absolute steal. So, dont waste it....not that you do as I see you've got some nice mods happening there and climbing .

 

I would find a 2009 997.2 C4 or C2, rather than get a 997.1 C4S. I really like my turbo in tip, and despite my lack of clutch it is still ***** out fast.
