And, yes it is lovely but way way too exxy imo. Also, it will be soon out of date with 991 due out later next year. Your gen 2 turbo will have a far better shelf life with the next turbo still 3 years off. I recall the 40th anniversary 996 911 limited release also had a very high price tag and became insignificant and old news shortly after 997 was released back in late 04 as the 997 had more power, way better looks, better standard equip etc and the 996 car took a big hit pricewise. Same will happen with this thing i reckon.

Great car but 240K is way steep. I'd scoop up a Murci for that kind of coin or a new GT2.
