997 GT2 CG/RS tuning stage III vs Koenigsegg CCX
997 GT2 with CG/RS tuning 635PS and CTR ICīs, 2 people in both cars and the GT2 had like 70L of fuel (no excuse) but the GT2 lose after shifting to 6th gear in both races. The car is not built for this kind of performance test but I am quite happy anyway

VS Switzer GT-R P800

Ps, I know many of your rockets are faster in a straight line

Ok..lets see
A 997 GT2 w/CG/RS tuning stage III cost $21,000 WITHOUT intercooler and lost to SPI800 GT-R.
The funny thing is the GT-R pulls the GT2 on top end and we all know that the GT-R's has bad top end.
Are u sure u got what CG/RS claims?
0-100kph: 3.0s
0-200kph: 9.1s
0-300kph: 23.8s
Can u confirm that ?

Umm..... that is amazing that it went as well as it did. There is a delta of 175hp between the two cars and we all have seen how how well the dual clutch setups work in drag races. They crush manual gear boxes when the hp is equal. Add on 175 hp and this is the result. Great runs out there. Still cannot believe how well the GTR did against the CCR.

No, I will try later with the performance box. I doubt 23,8s for my car, more likely 26s (1 person and empty tank) I believe that car you referring to had stronger rods and 900NM according to other forumīs, tuners always add extra power for performance test in magazineīs. I already knew that CG/RS tuning is not as fast as Switzer SPI800 in a straight line before a purchased it and the ICīs donīt add any HP, more to keep HP in the summer or race track.

635 flywheel vs 806 hp flywheel and 800 hp flywheel? How was the outcome supposed to be different? If anything in a normal roll race not going to as high of speeds he would have stayed right with them, and that is impressive!

not too bad against two formidable opponents. here are my recommendations in leveling the playing field for your next outing: 1. upgrade to Switzer P800/R911 package. 2. run Veyron, CCX, and GTR P800 on next outing on R911 mode (R=race gas). 3. record your 3-0 wins. 4. drive home with a big grin on your face. 5. post new videos. here is a friendly run against a GTR P800 with my P800 GT2. both cars were on 93 octane but obviously the GT2 weighs considerable less. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=945DBTiZuWw
