Im thinking of doing this setup.. Anyone here done it? Any sound clips, drawbacks etc? Is it excessively loud? I dont mind a good sound, but I dont want it to be obnoxious... thoughts?

 

It's loud and your neighbors will hate ya...sounds nasty in a good way.

 

How loud? My Gallardo has straight pipes and thats loud, but not rediculous. Im used to running straight pipes on most cars and figured that with 200 cell cats it would be louder but not rediculous? Any sound clips around?

 

better off no cats with mufflers...fabspeed cats leave to much back pressure...my tuner had me delete cats for this reason...2 tuners told me same thing

 

And keep stock muffler?

I'm not clear on why would leaving the cats in be louder? If anything, I would think leaving them in would be less loud. Are you bypassing the muffler because you want a more aggressive sound?

 

I have used set if you are interested. If you like loud cars you will love it specially at high RPM
