Smile anybody paint their stock wheels to black?

I plan to paint my stock wheels ( TPMS ) to all black with a thin yellow stripe. I think this will look very good. I can save up the $$$$. I don't know though! Vivid racing has these awesome deal on the HRE 547R in 20"! I am afraid 20" will have a harsh ride Also, I will spend more $$$$ on the suspension to make the car looks better/lower. Does 20" fill up the fender gap? I really don't want to lower my car.

kiet420's ride lovely ride!!!!!!

S wheels powder coaed black

09 C2 with 19" S wheels. Powdercoated semi gloss black-more durable than paint and $800 for all four including labor and installation. I love the murdered out look- although not for everyone......

Not in my lifetime
I used to own a Cayenne turbo with dark grey powder coated wheels and always thought they looked so cool...till i parked it next to these amazing cars at a Beverly Hills hotel
All of sudden it dawned on me how they looked dirty and unfinished next to all this gleaming chrome and silver( i had just been to a car wash btw)
Just my 2 cents

Powdercoat is way better and costs about the same as paint. You wont regret powdercoat, espically when the time comes to get new tires put on, paint often just flakes off.

You shouldn't need to give up the integrity of the wheel putting it through such harsh conditions if you use an installer with the right equipment.
