2020, +1 rep for taking a chance on them and posting pics for us!

The error code is disconcerting. I'll definitely be waiting to see how difficult that is to resolve before buying. At $600 and no error code I would 100% be in on the group buy.

Agreed...!!

2020: Have you tried having a shop wire a resistor to the turn signal? Sounds like that might resolve the issue.

Does it flash fast or is it just a warning light?

The additional $125 ($1000 now) they are charging had better be for fixing the resistor.

I don't know about the light itself, but the inside indicator does flash fast as compared to stock.

fast flashing of the indicator is a tell tale sign of the car thinking a bulb is out.

The oem bulbs use a 21 through 27w bulb, so you will need a resistor for both brake and signal of similar draw. Without that these lamps will throw a code.

They are marketed as 'error free' so that means they have some sort of resistor in there, clearly not enough however. The trouble with the resistors is that they heat up - a lot - and have been known to melt plastic parts, smoke and cause fire.

Keep an eye on the lamps, maybe remove after a few months of running them and double check for heat related warping for peace of mind.

Like someone mentioned, the error code wont be able to be reset at the dealer and be gone, its there to stay unless enough draw is present.

I think they look a lot better than I expected, shame about the dash light.

2020 - can't thank you enough for all of your efforts with the lights. A couple quick questions:

1. Are the turn lights amber? Or are they white?? I thought the backup lights were the white LEDs I couldn't really tell from the video. It doesn't look like it's flashing that fast from the video...

2. I see that rear fog lights are on now? I presume this uses regular halogen bulbs.

They do look nicer than I thought. Thanks for all the info. we will contact manufacture look for solution to clear the fault code. We should have sample early next week and we need to clear the code before starting GB.

As I've said before, the target GB price is $700 shipped. We need 50+ orders to get closer to $650.

The bling factor of these LEDs are high. Not sure I like the size of the individual lights. Maybe it's just the photo but they seem a little a large for my tastes. Also, the left light seems to have some bulbs not working compared to the right?

The resistor definitely needs to be tweaked up as others have said but I don't like how they jacked up their price $125 all of a sudden. Must be all the inquiries.

I hope adding a different resistor will fix the problem. That's good point to check in a few months for heat damage. The turn signals are amber. On the video it appears that some of the LEDs are not working. This is due to the angle of the camera. All of the LEDs are functioning and very bright. There is no provision for the rear fog light, so that function becomes obsolete (I have never used this anyways). No bodywork modification.
