Dealer Customer Service
Dealer Customer Service
So im in the market for a SACHS Stage 2.5 Clutch for my '07 Turbo. I have called 4 Dealers (Reeves, Bert Smith, & Suncoast) and 4th is a Ferrari Dealership thats work on Porsche's in Palm Harbor. I have called, & left messages @ all 3 Porsche Dealerships and No-Call Backs 4 Days later. I called the Ferrari Dealer actually spoke to a LIVE Person but even they haven't called back. SO whats the deal? Are they to too/too busy for a clutch swap that might run several thousand dollars? I just dont get it! Customer Service these days truly SUCK!
Sorry for the RANT, but its ridiculous. I dont even know if its worth calling again. I have called the P-Dealers twice to three times and still No answer back....

Call Porsche of Livermore in Northern Cal. They will price match and they pic up the phone. Erin in parts is very good 925-254-4947. Just ordered rotors and pads yesterday. Erin has always given me top notch customer service.
Great source for parts and CS...but they won't be able to help him on the install.
I got a price today finally. $900 Labor, they want $2195 for a Stage 2 & $2395 for a Stage 3. Seems high. I swore I say a Stage 2.5 for like $1500 on the Sachs site.
Any insight from anybody who has gone down this road would be much appreciated.

900 labour sounds pretty good. I think you're right about the stage 2.5 price...check the AWE website.
