Change region in PCM for '11 997.2? Car can't see satellite

I have only driven my car for 800 miles (new Turbo S). Tried nav today but my car can't see the satellite so when I hit MAP, there is no local map. So, time zone is incorrect in the car and my car thinks I am in the middle of the Atlantic! (GMT -4:58).

There is a TIME ZONE menu item on the display, but it is grayed out and I can't select it for some reason. This is where the region coding is but I am locked out. Any ideas how to get in? This is the key (I think).

Any ideas? I already tied a full PCM reset.

My tech didn't know the answer off the top of his head but will research it but I am wondering if it is something simple I can do.

Thanks!
