new dyno report of my car....

Hi,

here is latest dyno test of my car.
peak 1,3 bar, run takes over 20sec on 6th gear under huge load.
he stopped as usually at 300km/h
Ecu guy did't want to test it on higher boost
on the street I'm running with 1,58 bar boost(22degree @7000rpm) without knocking or other issues...

Karol,

congradulations.

When will you show a true vbox result verified by Divextreme.

I would love to see your vbox 100-200 kmh and 60-130 mph times.

Why not, when you run higher boost on the street
And anyway if on the dyno peak boost is 1.3bar, then how on the street you run 1.58bar ??? Your car is still with ECU controled boost so no reason for such difference ???

because dyno run takes over 20sec on huge load, you never there put your engines under stress like this.
now I have 3 buttons with 3 different turbo maps, I have 3 different processors in my ecu, you haven't got?

Ok, but there is not problem to put the car on lower gear and adjust load such way to made 10sek run oh high boost right ? Really if you now have 3 boost settings then its most interesting even for you to know on what boost setting what power you have right ? And I doubt your 3 boost settings are tuned on the street and not on the dyno, so again no reason for only one graph on lower boost ? ...........Anyway this graph looks amazing and this car is fastest what i ever seen on such lower boost

what is the reason for doing dyno run in sixth gear? is that recommended gear for dynoing manual transmission cars?

here is a sample of toque my engine can produce, I can confirm again, no chance to run on dyno lower than 6th gear !!!!!
I don't remember how many drive shafts and clutch kits I have destroyed .....

Karol, no doubt your car is very strong and its one of my favorites from all Porsches what i ever seen......but really this graph have not correct values for engine speed and for torque too.......because i own dyno myself i can explain you why.......when chassis dynos meassure wheel power they are not interested of engine speed at all, they only need roller speed and that way they calculate the power curve, it have on X roller speed(car speed) and on Y is power, but if you are interested of engine torque curve agains with power then dyno software need exact engine speed to made calculation with correct final value for torque. On different dynos there are different methods to get engine speed, sometimes correct, sometimes not so.....in your case seems dyno run start at 2400rpm and finish at 4450rpm, thats not correct right ? So on this graph you have correct value for power because that calculation dont need real engine speed and not correct value for torque because that calculation need correct engine speed

Btw how your car is meassured on both dynos ? AWD or RWD ?

If i dont mistake you have broken drive shaft even with stock engine and upgraded VTG turbos i.e 600-630hp to crank

no not stock engine.

I'cant believe what I'm reading!!
dyno man stopped run at 4300...so what is wrong with the numbers?
he was scared to go any faster on this load.
rear wheel drive, two front deferentials was crashed on dyno some time ago.
