Converting a 997.1 TT to GT2 RS look

Hello,

I have a 997.1 TT MY07 that I would like to convert to GT2 RS look.
I have done the rear PDK lights and 997.2 TT rear bumper.
I am now interested in installing the complete front GT2 RS bumper and grille, as well as wings with lip and carbon bonnet.
Anyone done this ? What else is involved ?
Did all GT2 RS come with carbon front wings ?

You need the Front bumper and splitter , front wings, side skirts, rear bumper, rear decklid and spoiler, carbon bonnet and carbon air scoops. I think that covers it.

I believe you would need to change your exhaust tips as well if you go full out and get the RS rear bumper.

You will also, if going for 100% match, need to install center lock wheels. Upper halves of both mirrors in carbon too. Good luck with your build. I have a feeling it will be a very expensive project. I do hope you share photos of your build.

Do a search in the fore sale section. There was a guy from Dallas who did this to his .1 tt with all the OEM parts. Spent tons of $$$ and posted about it in his ad. It's been some time and I never checked to see if it sold.

That's what I was talking about twturbo, I first thought those were for a pair as well. I would prob put the build at over 20k and that is only exterior.

What if steel front qings are used instead of carbon. These are also base spec on the GT2 RS anyway. Anyone knows if the fender lips come attached to the front wings or are they bought seperately ? Are the front wings wider than the 997 TT ones ?

svt951,

If you are interested in the pricing for these parts please give us a shout. We have access to all of the GT2 RS parts.

Like people have already stated it is quite expensive and most of the items need to ship from Germany.

For starters we have:

Fenders: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product//997TEQCFFN.html

Air inlets: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product//997GT2RSCFG.html

Hood: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product//GT2RSHOOD.html

Mirrors: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product//997GT2RSCFM.html

Now if you were only looking for a front and rear bumper conversion we do not have kits priced already, but we would be more than happy to work with you and get some price quotes together.

Let me know if we can be of any help.
