This is West Houston too. I was just told that as of January 1, 2012 that no dealer in the country is able to pull a full DME report like the one Michael posted above. I told them that I am not buying this car without a full DME, paint meter and the service history from PCNA database.

Good job stand firm. Be patient as well and you may find a car with colors and or options you did not previously consider. Happened to me!
