Wow that's the worst I've see. Wise decision!
Found another one. I've been advised to skip. Do others concur? The last level 4, 5, 6 all happened with in the same second again..
Level 1: 2700, level 2: 727, level 3: 9, level 4: 2, level 5: 2, level 6: 1

Hours and mileage don't look right. Most of my driving is at highway speeds and I've averaged 45mph over 4 years - 40,000 miles and 600 hours indicates average of 67mph - seems really high.
OK - makes sense. If it does have 2100 hours looks like overrevs occurred 1500 hours ago - any problems would have surfaced by now. That particular DME report wouldn't have scared me off...but then it's not my decision or money. Keep searching - you'll find the right one.

i dont think its so much stick drivers vs. tuned cars. As soon as the tune raises the rev limiter, you're seeing a lot more over revs and its that much easier for the rpms to pop up into the upper ranges.
I have a '08 with APR tune that retains the stock rev limiter, I logged my over revs, did a 4th gear pull and let the engine bounce off the rev limiter going WOT. I checked and the car registered range 3 over revs from that.
