997.2 Intercoolers vs TPC Intercoolers..Cars length gain

We did a before and after tests for cars below :-

- 997 GT2 w/Reflash only
- 997.2 turbo PDK w/reflash only

With rolling speed from 80kmh to 280-300kmh the 997 GT2 won by 3 cars. After that we installed TPC 5" Intercoolers on the 997.2 turbo PDK and re-race the same 997 GT2 on same rolling speed. The 997.2 won by nose

The gain is littel more 3 cars length!

By the way..The temp was 31-32C

1. I need a GT2
2. Would love to see some Raw data. (ie. 30-125 etc.) Too many variables when street racing.

There is no way an intercooler will make that much of a difference

Why not?

At that speed the amount of heat being generated can be a major factor in power being lost so the cooling will simply slow that down from happening!

Yes because the heat build up has been reduced it can sustain max power for longer where as before the intake temps were so high the power was being retarded!

TPC intercoolers are huge and they really do cool down the intake air. I love mine!

I will try this question again:

Went on your web site and didn't see these intercoolers.

How much are they?

Or is this a, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it.", deal?

Thanks
