It depends on traction...
What I've seen from 350TT's, is that low 10's are common (with relatively high speeds in the 1/4, 135+), simply because of initial traction. They have a hard time getting off the line, but once they do, holy crap!
My prediction is - if you start from a roll, the Z will pull on you. If you start from a dead stop, you should fare very well.
(without knowing any more specifics)

What 350z are these? Unless they are fully built, I've never heard of any VQ35 variant running those numbers. 350z and G35s are pretty weak, especially when compared to a 997TT. I've owned all 3 and I will have to say that the 997TT will easily walk a 350z.

Twin turbo ones are pretty quick. We had one that raced a full bolt on and tuned c6 z06 and pulled him pretty good!
Make the race to suit your car... Dead Stop or roll from 40 or even 20 mph...
60 and over i would avoid although i am not familiar with the tiptronic in terms of mph per rpm per gear, if the Z is properly setup... I hav seen guys with a lot of power but their cars cant get traction no matter what! it is quite typical, since many think that just because they have a lot of hp their cars will be fast...

Dang....that's wild. Can't say I ever encountered a 10-sec 350z.
yeah no kidding... perfect weather with a perfect launch AND a perfect tune .. then maybe.. but there are so many tune factors to a aftermarket highboost NA car. It's not hard to dynoqueen a hot pull .. but on the track? that's another story.
