Vapor, I bought them directly from fabspeed. they also give a 5% discount to 6speed members and it is a very simple direct plug and play. WD40 is your friend for wiggling off the OEM tips.

Why don't you, I and Tom try to meet up next weekend in Livermore for lunch and we can check out Tom's well configured TT and you can also see the fabspeed tips on our cars.

I should know which day (either Sat or Sunday) works best for me early next week. I'll PM you guys and we can coordinate a meet up, hopefully there's a day and time that works for all

Hi Atlantis

No sound difference that I could tell, I didn't do a full exhaust only the tips which are just an aesthetic improvement.

Fabspeed Black Chrome Quad Tips

Beautiful, thanks for sharing...I'm looking at these same tips, just deciding btw black chrome or polished on my Aqua Blue Metallic 997.2

You won't be disappointed. I think for a blue car I would go with the straight chrome tips. I think black goes well with certain color combos but not with blue but that's just my personal take. YMMV

Thanks for the input aa909' - I changed out the "Carrera" for chrome "911" on the rear and will have a chrome license plate frame..so my debate is--would it be too "chromed out" looking from the rear with chrome tips as well..OR would going with black chrome make it appear more subtle, etc.

~appreciate everyone's thoughts always..
