advantage in a 997.2TT over a 997.1TT? (facts please)

Manual 997.1 will keep climbing in value, tips wont
997.2 will keep falling as the 991 is far superior in every way.
IMO only buy 997.2 (unless manual) anything if its a screaming deal. The 997.2 PDK and tips will be very old tech in another 2-3 years by the time next model line comes out.

And I am not saying this because I own a .1 6 speed.
People want what they cant have anymore. Look at the air-cooled market. Same is going to happen with those who want a 997.1 TT or "911 Turbo" with a manual gearbox eventually. Not to the meteoric rise of air cooled, but these cars will start coming back up
Tip cars are out (sorry guys) I know they can be built to fly, but the PDK can shift itself and the Tip and is old tech.
The exception this rule would be .2 6speed which are unicorns.

997 6speed is the last manual, the manual has no room to go its already as good as it gets since its been refined for the past 50 years. Enjoy your cars regardless of future value.
