Pics dont do them justice but installed some HID foglights. Now all my front lights are 6K color while I was at it Installed some LED tailights. They really look better than 997.1 style...

Looks great! Which HID make did you go for the fogs?

petegtsv10 is infamous around these parts
Are you throwing any codes? Did you install w/o removing bumper cover?
35W or 55W?

I looked at the USP site and all I saw were the 35W HIDs. Did you have to request the 55W? I'm leaving my OEM low beams for now, so I'd assume the 4300K is a better match than the 6000K. (I usually do 5000K on my vehicles) Good to hear it's done with the bumper on.

If they say 35W from USP that is what I have,, I did not request anything other than what was in the kit. Yes if you are staying stock low beams then 4300K is your color. Yes all my bulbs are 6K.. I really like the look in person much better than yellowish color and not to0 blue like 8K. Clear bright and they look amazing in person . Just my 2cents 6K is the way to go......

Thanks MJA. Do you have any advice on doing the fog light install? For example, where did you end up mounting the balllast? Did you run a separate wire harness or just tapped into fog light stock wiring?

If you really want an upgrade to your headlights, you should consider swapping the stock Fresnel lens with the clear STi-R lens.

I myself am running PIAA 6600k D2S and PIAA HID H3 6600k fogs - love the color and now with my clear lens, the brightness is top notch!
