Opinions Wanted - Roderick Wheels (RW5) on 997.1tt

Does anyone have any experience running Roderick wheels - specifically the RW5 wheels? I am in the market for a set of wheels/tires for a 2007 997 turbo and these were on my radar given budget.

I can get a new set of wheels (turbo stock sizes) with tires (Hankook V12) and tpms mounted, shipped, etc. for a bit under $3k...

Any advice / or warning that could keep me from making a mistake would be much appreciated. Yes, I would love ADV.1 or HRE, but they are not in the range of what I want to spend unfortunately.

Thanks.

Just go to their website. I think the selection is pretty limited but the price is right. Otherwise those wheels look pretty damn good.

Can you send me some HRE P40SC...I'd like to see this setup on arctic. Too bad they don't let you try these on the car first. I also like the red setup you did for one of the forum members.

I had Roderick Wheels on my C2S and I liked them, you can't beat the price. I figured they were a good place holder until I got HRE's or something similar. I also had the Hankooks, no complaints.

Those Roderick look like the stock wheels IMO.
Check out the bbs CH-R series, fvd sells them, very strong, very reasonable.

They have a similar spoke pattern to the factory wheels, not a knock, just a comment.
I'd want something a little different if I'm going through the trouble of changing wheels, aka p40, CHR, gt3rs etc. just my .02

Check out Victor Engineering. Designed for porsche so you won't need hub centric rings. Really easy to clean and definitely in the price range you are aiming for

Yes, ended up getting them as the deal was right and I needed something pretty quick (rubber on the old set was gone)...

Also swapped out the amber side markers for the euro with silver bulb - much cleaner...
