thats not surprising to me, i have requested info about my 997.1 rear led's where 4 lights no longer work...info on replacement etc...i have gotten 1 email in 3 months nothing else

needless to say i won't order from them again

poor customer service in my experience

 

Hes off on a business trip sourcing an even cheaper **** vendor in China to MFG overpriced parts to sell on 6 speed

 

btw lol at the cheaper chinese manufacturer.....any cheaper and it would start to melt when it rained...

 

Most businesses are closed over the weekend - I did reach out to Ray and ask him to get a hold of you.

 

FYI i pm'd him several times re my issue and never got a response

Ordered SAME set from another vendor for $205 less AND free shipping with the same 1 year warranty... I don't know why this guy seemed to have clout on this board at one point.....
