Talking Picked up my 997.1TT from GMG yesterday

I can't say enough about the Team at GMG. Everyone was great from the time i dropped my car off to the time i picked it up.
Definetly a top notch shop with top notch people that are passionate about Motorsports.

I had the following done:
  • GMG WC GT Exhaust
  • Color Matched Calipers (White)
  • GIAC Custom ECU and TCU Tune
  • Installed CF Multi-Function Steering Wheel
  • Spark plugs and Oil Change for good measure
The ECU/TCU tune changes the car completely. The shifts are right where they should be once the TCU is remapped. I found the factory Tiptronic shift points to be sluggish prior to the tune. Attached are a few pics taken from their shop.

Cheers
J

That looks awesome man. Let us know how you like the tune after a few thousand miles and if you have any issues. I have an 07 with an EP1 exhaust and have been debating a tune for some time but can't wrap my head around voiding the warranty (just bought an extended one as well). Plus it seems like I read about an issue with these tunes (any company) every day on this forum. Did they offer you a warranty? Nice steering wheel too. I have the same interior and I think that steering wheel works great! If you don't mind, PM how much the ECU, TCU tunes and steering wheel cost. Enjoy!

looking good! can you post some pics from a distance, want to see how the white calipers look against the car

BTW, not a big deal but there is a little red bleed through on the calipers. you may want to keep an eye on that spot and make sure it doesn't get worse or begin to flake

Agreed with all above shots of the calipers too. Bet with pccb It'd be great. Lots of dust with the stock ones though.

Great mods! I guess the calipers won't stay white very long though, interested as well in a full shot!

Nice job with the white painted calipers! They look great with the wheels. Hopefully you will be able to post some shots of the entire car with your new set up...

Thxs,

Thanks, guys
I'll take additional full body shots this weekend. The car is so much more fun ( and responsive) to drive since the tune.
