The journey continues!!!
SubscribeGreat built Nick!
Mine with the same parts is nearly ready too, we had to wait a bit for the GT3R oil pump...
Yes the first 1000 miles will be long too... No boost, litlle revs...
My head gaskets come from OEM 3.8 GT3.
I'm very interested in your results...

Nice one P!
You don't want to be to gentle with it!
I was told 5k or less is fine and you do want to load it up, don't be shy!
Use the revs to slow the car down as much as possible with long drives and varied speeds.
Good luck!

Awesome build, it's always great to see some of the builds on here! Enjoy it in the best of health.
Very nice. Great pics. Sounds like a great experience. Congrats and enjoy. Btw, 1000 mi break-in without boost is pure torture. Good luck with that.
Good to go after couple hundred miles.

Well done Nick.
I'm sure it's been worth all the time without her. 1000 miles will fly past. If you fancy a drive down the M4 to my neck of the woods let me know.
Love the photos, must have been great watching it all go back together.

Just an update.
I have ran the car in and I am going to drop it back to FVD on the 30th of March for the final setup and fly back when it's finished. I have chosen to install 200cell cats as I need to reduce the noise a bit. I am Looking forward to the end result.

The car is finished and ready to pick up.
What do you guys think of the power graph.

Thanks dude.
Gonna fly out there tomorrow to pick it up. Cant wait.
The car is a different breed now.
It is still very useable considering the power and torque it has but at the same time very very quick.
The best choice of word would be relentless.
On the autobahn I hit around 280kmh and it still had a very strong pull where as before the car would start to run out of steam.
I had the Numeric racing cables installed in combination with the shifter which are great but at the same time amplify the chatter that comes from the LWFW so I am not sure I will keep the cables as the stock cables reduce the noise.
I have also fitted the 200cell cats which in combination with the TUV muffler makes the car sound perfect for me now (I think I am getting old lol).
I also removed the RSS engine mounts as they were causing too much vibration through the car for me.
This is just a short run down for now as I need to drive the car more to really give it a test but for now I am impressed.
I will also try and run some V-Box times when I get to go to one of the airfield events.
