We bought the rear LED lights from Orange Tuning. Frank is very happy to sell them to you, but if you have a problem, he disappears. Both lights have stopped working with multiple LEDs out, etc. It’s been about 8 months of chasing him to replace them. He finally replied to one of many emails about 4 months ago and said he would replace them. We replied right away asking him to send a replacement pair and we would send him the broken ones. Haven’t heard back from him since.

There’s bad customer service and then there’s Orange Tuning; they’re in a league of their own. I know there are countless complaints about Orange Tuning from 997 customers with these lights, but not even answering the phone or emails goes beyond understanding. I still want the replacements, but short of flying to Germany, I may be out of luck. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. FVD has real dectane tails and Rhonda was great to work with.

You're doing the right thing, post, post, post and continue to remind us how badly you've been treated, and their total failure to support their products. The ONLY way you get attention any more is to negatively impact a company's finances and reputation. Based upon your experience I WILL NEVER consider or purchase any of their products. yes Frank from Orang Tuning is really not helpful and he just try to sell and then run away ...... i had a problem with my lights that i bought from Frank and i emailed him many times with no response, i then emailed him for a new order for mercades lights and he replied back....

Very much appreciate the tip, but it's beyond my technical abilities. I'm only at the plug and play level...

 

im not really good at these electrical things too, but it was really easy to follow the steps .... all you need are those resistors , i got mine from ebay for less than 10 $ and they are working great ... if you need help or instructions just let me know ....
