Looking into creating a custom Emblem for my 911. Don't have anything now and I don't like the turbo emblem "although I could replicate that very cheap" Here is one idea that I came up with. "EVO" in "911 Porcsha Bold" font. Looking to Black Matte them or Carbon fiber wrap them.

Ideas? Maybe better "letters."

 

To replace the turbo script on the back? Mitsubishi already has EVO so I'm not sure you'd want to use that. If you really don't like it you can just remove it or go with the new script writing like what's on the 991 cars. If it were me I don't think I'd remove the Porsche stock logo to make it look like a ricer. This reminds of the movie "Cabin Boy" where they rename the boat "The Filthy *****." That might not be the best but it's better than copying a Mitsubishi EVO.

 

True, Thanks for the input. "The Filthy *****?" Not bad. Point taken. I just think that advertising "turbo" is not my style. This is why I have no emblem (for now) today.

 

Instead of the chrome oem you can get a black one so it's less visible. Or just go with no logo.

Or, in the new script: "PORSCHE FTW".

 

Or an even newer script "Porsche WTF."

 

I think your idea is great and original....so keep plugging. Only "opinion" on what you have shown, is the "E" seems out of proportion to the others."too fat" looking. The "Porscha" font is a fickle one for sure......

I have no logo for the same reason but it does look sort of plain back there without it.

 

How about multiple emblems for all if the attributes you want to show off.

"Turbo"
"Rich"
"Good Looking"
"Big C#%!"

 

LOL ^^^^^ Maybe you can get some flowmaster and SI inside stickers for the windows.
Oh I know, what about a tire brand? You know how the Fast and furious folks get those tire brand stickers for their top of the windshield? You could do that but where the turbo badge is.
Any thoughts on making LED back light badges ?

I could do any of the mentioned badges. I have a 3D printer and a few milling machines.

Squat , LED would be really cool. I definitely could make that happen. BTW I think you just ruined my Cherry Bomb exhaust project! And I almost had the coat hangers tight enough for the road.
