Hey all,

I was wondering which exhaust brands sell the remote controlled ones?

I'm not looking for a loud one, I just need the on/off option because loud exhaust systems are not allowed here.

This way, I can switch it off if I ever get stopped!

I'm only looking for section 3 of the exhaust.

Currently, I only know IPE which make such exhaust with a somewhat reasonable price. I did ask about IPE in another thread, but I didn't get enough responses regarding the loudness of the exhaust etc.

 

Is that the same? $3500 w 2 remotes.

I have the Cargraphic flap exhaust on my car. It has a remote and can also be connected to the ECU . It works well and is loud when open but not obnoxious.

 

Cg, fvd, capristo, fs all do.

 

the ipe's seem to be a very good option. The dealer in Dubai installed one on a 997.2.

- No cats, no CEL, +70hp/50nm after dyno, includes ipe headers and no tune.

The car also shoots flames as well which i have not seen on other turbo's without a tune.

I would like to compare prices and looking for the exhaust without headers, as i was told its possible to buy separately.

And was it loud? Some are telling me that its LOUD, and I don't know if thats a good or bad remark

 

its good from what i heard in shop, you need to speak to simon. Google 'simon motorsports dubai DIP' and he has his contact info there.

 

Techart do one, don't know how good it is though...

theres also kreissieg japan! they make very nice systems, alot of the M3, lambom ferrari, and other exotic cars run their system!

IPE is probably my best value for money option with the remote and all

I wish I can hear it live, the youtube videos are not clear at all. I mean when they compare oem to aftermarket, i barely hear a difference.
