I'm on street tires

 

Mid 2-seconds should be no problem for a car with good power, traction, and clutch. My ***** however are not really that big. I did a best of 3.1 second 0-60 and was taking it easy.

 

in theory, yes 2.5 seconds should be possible with 600-700awhp, but hard to get great traction to make it happen on street tires while balancing the clutch slip, and nailing the perfect 1-2 shift with manual.

 

on the street ... easier said than done

 

from the track, but Vbox Test Suite showing 2.75, vs vboxtools 2.56

 

so this is the list so far for manual 997tt. I have vbox files for mine


2.54 – AIM Performance – 1000 package (MT slicks)

2.568* – Roffle Waffle – e85, 63.5mm turbos (RE71r street tires, at drag strip. *2.75 on vbox test suite)
2.76 – Roffle Waffle – e85, 63.5mm turbos (RE71r street tires, on street)
3.2* - 997 GT3 RS/TT (*0-100kmh)
3.4 - GTR Nick – exhaust and tune (assumed street tires)
3.4 – Saint Ari – exhaust and tune (street tires)

 

That is 3.1 seconds, check the graph. It's very impressive.
