You arent gonna hear anything. For some reason no one is saying anything. Which i find somewhat amusing. If its another vendor people will jump all over it but for some guys No one will say a thing. Which leads me to believe a lot of guys here are clueless and just buying a brand name.
Kline wasnt using the right cats. I'll leave it there.

Squat I dont disagree with you I'm just not a exhaust expert my favor for Kline is based on the sound Hell I know fabspeed had an issue with their cats so much they got sued and had to change theirs also

Definitely not talking about you. It does have a good sound. But if you read the other boards and threads you would think guys here build them for sport. IE the ep vs fs

Kline now offers hjs, which is not the original brand cat they offered. But they charge more for them.

And I like the kline sound as well, and frankly dont see a need to pile on them. They fixed the issues.
Problem is we need to do, as a community, a better job of ignoring and nipping in the bud the guys that come here acting like X brand is their Sponsor. A number of guys like to egg them on and we risk becoming the "other " board where you have the cool kids that shovel their brand down others throats.

Exhausts are sound based. All brands have a drawback, and not everyone cuts deals if you push their exhaust.... I'll leave it at that.

I think it should be known that Kline HAD SOME issues they quickly fixed. IMHO they SHOULD have said this earlier so their reputation stays. There is no harm in having a bad set of something, just own it, fix it, and tell people it wont happen again.

I love sound of my kline and can garantee the high quality of their muffler/x-pipe design. Their decat price is almost the same as a pair of hjs cats. If their cat version is cheap then you know where the cut savings is. No alien science here.

Throw a pair of hjs on it and it will be on pair with the top brand catted exhaust in quality and price.

Well I am happy to announce that every thing is installed and working fine. The cat was cleaned and then appeared pretty close to the other.
Perfect fitment and perfect sound for me.

Sounded like you had an issue after you already had them on the car. Was this a concern before you installed it?

No, when I took the cat out of the box, all the residue fell out of it. Before installing it.

I would have involved Kline before taking any action. Wouldn't accept them in any state other than 100% brand new and functional.

They did which is why they are probably the best value dollar for dollar out there.
I'd take a Kline over any of the 6K$+ ones.
