Urgent installing Kline cat-

I have had a look at the photos you posted. The material which fell from the cats is clearly machining swarf and dust, and your right, it should not have been there prior to dispatch. If you have any issues, or are unsatisfied in any way, just drop me an email to Felix@kline-innovation.com or to my colleague to Christian@kline-innovation.com and we will replace it any time.
Although the cat should not have been despatched with machining swarf inside, it does not indicate a faulty cat, and will not affect the functionality in any way. and for the life of me I cannot imagine how machining swarf got dropped inside the cat after quality control, perhaps I should talk with the janitors
Anyhow, we take pride in 100 percent customer satisfaction in every aspect. As a quick side point. We still offer the same cats as ever. We didn’t do a switch in brand, the EEC cats we use on our base level system are of a very high quality, and in our entire history and over a thousand kline exhausts manufactured, we have only had 1 instance of cat failiure, which we offered to replace instantly.
Due to the many requests, we do now offer an HJS upgrade on the catalysts.
The price for a full system for a 997TT with HJS 100 cell HDPE motorsport cats is 2900 USD, which we feel is pretty good value really

On a serious note, I've decided that I got very lucky to have picked up my AM exhaust used, in like-new condition, for a relative song. If I had spent too much time on the boards trying to analyze them, I never would have done it. I still manage to learn a few things here and there, which is a good thing, because I'm a relative idiot.

Im the OP. Felix has contacted me after his much deserved vacation and explained that this was an isolated instance of a cat which had left over machining debris. I must point out that the minute that air was blown through it, it was perfect, just like the other one.
The exhaust performs flawlessly, has a really nice exotic tone and it just gets better and better with time.
Felix is very much focused on customer satisfaction, answering all my pre sales questions and going out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. He has since offered to send me a set of free decat pipes for my troubles. You can't get better service than that.
Please keep this in mind when replying to this thread. This thread was not about the merits or quality of a particular manufacturers exhaust but was asking for advice, when my car was partially disassembled. Sambo, a distributer of Kline, quickly got in contact with me and relieved any doubts I had at that time.
I can honestly say that purchasing the Kline is more than just the exhaust. It's the quality service and support that is worth substantially more.
The exhaust performs flawlessly, has a really nice exotic tone and it just gets better and better with time.

Its fine though. they fixed it. Upped the price to account for it and all is well. and i am serious. Not bashing at all.
