HELP With Exhaust removal
I can't get the nuts holding the stock catalytic converters to the Turbos!
The inside top one is a real B#tch, the nuts are disintigrating, I've used PB Blaster and heat to not avail. Can I sawsall the nuts off and then replace the studs on the turbo? I may or may not be not be able to remove the studs after witnessing how tight (rusted) they are.
What to do?

Easiest way is to crack the bolts, the studs can be replaced so no biggie if you saw it through. Just had mine changed recently and the threads on all 4 lambda's got stripped so cost me a lot for new ones also had to replace 2 studs as thy were badly corroded. Key here is to take your time but can be really frustrating at times. ENJOY
Hardly any room to get near it to crack the nuts!

While the turbos were still on the car?

I went and bought nut splitters and easy out sockets for rounded nuts.
I can't believe the nuts were flaking away when I first looked at them. Car is 6 years old but should never be that bad
