Its been proven you loose power with that. Serious. Return it.

Wish I had seen this blog prior to buying. I was having some problems installing because of the misleading installation instructions, and called Fabspeed. They were somewhat helpful, but the hoops I needed to jump through raised my curiosity so I asked my mechanic friend to come over and assist me with the install.
When he saw what I was doing, he dropped out of the project because of the sentiments expressed here about "cold air intake".
I am now going to attempt to return it, albeit @ 25% handling charge...ouch!@@#$%^
