So we have the same set up. You are saying plenum to y pipe but its the throttle body that connects to the y pipe. That is why I'm getting confused. So yes the clamps will work. You have to play with the positioning of them and the one on the throttle body is a b**ch but you can work it on. Just use a 1/4" ratchet and extension with a shallow socket. Also clean any and all oil or grease from the hose and y pipe.

It would be nice if all the aftermarket companies supplied hardware for a complete install. I guess if your lucky you can get the stock clamps to work but they really are pretty flimsy. Good luck with the swap out of the clamps.
