Trickle Charger Use

I keep my car on a trickle charger because I do not daily drive the car. When I do drive it, I usually remove the plug from the wall and before I remove the Cig Lighter plug and then I drive out of the garage and enjoy the car.

I am wondering if I can leave the unit plugged in to the wall and powered up or if you all unplug it from the wall?

Thanks

I have 3 Battery Tender Plus chargers and I leave them plugged into the wall and have done so for years. No issues doing so.

I unplugged everything that I don't used from the wall, even extension cords. Is that necessary, probably not but that's just me.

I keep mine plugged into a surge protector with a switch. I flip the switch and it is off. No need to plug/unplug
