I had no issues with my Proto 93 tune with both stock vtgs and 63s.

The Cobb 68 tune is awesome though. Super smooth and holds boost all the way up. I think the next tweak will be to the timing curve as I think we are at the max boost without timing being pulled at all.

I did 3.1s 60-100 starting at low 50mph in 3rd gear. It was just for fun. With gentle slope and lower starting speed it would probably do 3.0 or maybe 2.9. On one version of the tune it did 2.69 and I can tell you that felt fast. I'm jealous you can get that consistently! That's where scary fast starts (around 2.7s)
Do you think that with 93 plus straight meth via WMI kit, you can achieve similar gains than E85?

Esmotor use this method to overcome the power loss due to their poor quality gas, only 91.

We tune all our cars with meth and have been doing so for years. Performance with meth will be close to E85 but it'll never be E85.

Any idea where ~140mph 1/4 mile trap speeds are in 60-100 or 60-130 times?

hard to say because 997 has stupid short gears so you are in 5th gear to trap that high, that really messes with the time and speed. have to be able to do the 1/4 in 4 gears.

For the factory power level it really is the right gearing. It's us crazy people trying to make 1,000hp that it doesn't work so well for

mtslp, a member here, on A28s with E85 fueling and stock engine was doing 140 mph in the quarter almost on the nose and 60-130 mph in 5.33 secs, something crazy like 2.3-2.5 in the 60-100
