I have a half mile rolling event that I wanted to get some data for, but I don't do these things enough to spend the $500+ on a vbox.

If anyone has one sitting around, I'd be willing to cover shipping both ways and whatever reasonable fee the owner would agree on.

If I was going, I would let you borrow mine but I'm planning on doing an other event here in SoCal. Maybe someone will let you borrow theirs.??

Just so you know, a 60-130mph time at one of these airstrip events will typically be 1-2 seconds slower than what you could achieve by running a negative slope at night. It's because you are running on a flat surface in the day time (sun heats the tarmac) and also your are significantly heating up your engine bay just idling while waiting in line to race. But the thing is everyone is heating up so it's apples to apples...except for those guys with ice tanks using air/water intercoolers. They are sneaky haha.

 

Yeah, I'm on e85, so it helps, but I'm just looking for some meaningful data. I have some dynos right now, but haven't done any 1/4 times or 60-130, etc.
