The kit comes with 12 sizes of both ends. If you use good T-Bolt clamps (which everyone should be), I'm sure a fitting with no barbed end would hold over 50 psi without popping off, and I'd bet over 100 psi with a tight silicone hose. No one is going to test nearly that high. Worm gear clamps are the reason people pop hoses off more so than barbed ends.

As long as it works that's my point. And oem hoses have a small groove for 3/8" clamp. I've seen stuff pop off at 18 psi. Clients that make their own have similar issues. Just passing on the info
