I have been talking with Sam about a Cobb tuner for for my 997 turbo for a while. I finally pulled the trigger on the New Years weekend. Sam was on vacation in Vegas with his Family but still took the time to answer my questions and help me with the purchase. Today he walked me through the install/flash procedure for my car. Being not too computer savy it took a while(Sam was on the on the phone with me for the whole process - about a hour and 15 minutes). Sam was very patient and made me feel part of the process. Yeah he's pretty good with customer service . I purchased from Sam before with great experience. I wanna pull the trigger on some tune as well but being winter, I'm being lazy and maybe wait till spring

I don't always buy from Sam, because he doesn't sell everything. But when he does sell what I'm looking for I buy from Sam. The guy is motivated, has excellent attention to detail, and responds at all hours. Excellent vendor and pricing, hard to go wrong there.
