Marzz assuming that my car has the stock suspension pieces, could I still run the setup up front?

F: 19x9.5 ET41, 255/35/19 thinking of 265/30/19 tire next time
R: 19x12 ET48, 325/30/19


Also, I am contemplating using a 19x13 wheel as well with that tire. What would be a good ET for that width? I really like the wider tire upfront as it keeps the 4WD ratio where it needs to be with respect to the wider rear.
