GT2RS Wheel/Tire fitment

19 x 9 front 46mm offset 245/35
19x 12 rear 46 mm offset 325/30

Is this the ideal set up for a 997.1 TT without the front GT2RS wheel flares

I believe you will need the RS flares to run the fronts. The rears are perfect and will fit very nicely. For reference, my car has BBS CH-R 8.5" +51 front and 12" +45 rear. My fronts are much less aggressive than the GT2RS fronts and could only take maybe a 5mm spacer before they are beyond the fender.

Just to add, I am also running 245/35/19 front and 325/30/19 RS sizes, no issue with rubbing at all with those sizes with eibach prokit springs.

I run GMG wheels with GT3 RS off sets without any issues, no rubbing and sits perfectly flush on fenders front and rear with no spacers.

My car is a 997.2 turbo s centerlock car. I am running the stock turbo s tires on these wheels, I would recommend going with gt3rs sizing, mine look a little stretched for my tastes but were brand new at the time.

Car looks great. I pulled up the GT3RS sizing and it appears to be the same as the GT2RS with 47mm front and 48mm rear.

The 46mm spacing pushes the wheels out just a bit further.

I am running 245/325 at the moment and do not run any fender flares. It sits perfectly. I need to check up on my offsets. I have BBS Fi's on my car currently. 8.75 front and 12 rear.

Am running 245/325 MPSS on 20 x 9 ET43 and 20 X 12 ET40 (after 15 mm spacers) with no rubbing on an Eibach lowered 997.2 TT.

I was debating going to 20s....did you notice a big difference from the 19s assuming you were running those for awhile?

Marauder1 - Maybe a slightly harsher ride than my OEM 19 inch MPSS. About the same total weight using slightly lighter monoblock forged wheels with slightly heavier 20 inch tires. Improved appearance IMHO though.
