I was in the same boat a couple of years ago, and narrowed my search down to .1, .2tt, and .1 GT3.

I knew from past experience, that I wanted a 6 speed (so that eventually ruled out the .2tt), and it needed to be fast and I fully intended on modding it.

Then same colors and options. Not sure how far you have gone down this rabbit hole recently, but .1 6 speeds take a while to sort through.

I originally wanted black, but when I found a Cobalt blue car with PCCB's and was built by promotive making 700HP on 93 octane.. it was love at first sight.

FlossyRy is infamous around these parts
Thanks everyone, I've decided on a 997.1 6 Speed Turbo car with hopefully PCCB, adaptive seats and sport chrono.. in black or white.

Awesome choice. You won't get the looks like you do in the R8 though. I use to get people videoing me driving down the interstate in my R8, it was a bit funny really. I might get a thumbs up now, which is more my speed. Good luck on your search.

Honestly the attention grows old after awhile in the R8. It's cool, but when people start following you home it grows concerning.

That's why I like the Audi S6, no one knows what you have until you go blowing by. Only a few Audi drivers know what's under the hood.

You will not be disappointed with your choice. Happy Motoring!

Agreed. I had two of them and it happened all the time. People are weird, but they are a rarity in Knoxville, TN. The Porsche is much better.

Congrats and welcome to the OP - great choice!

FWIW, I drove lightly-modded white B5 S4 for many years, and I definitely lean towards 'sleeper' cars like that for the street. Similarly I think my black TT gets far less attention than many other sports/supercars or even all the hot hatches and crossovers in wild colors and trims these days.

Agree, the last thing (IMO) you want to do in today's doped-up drug crazed society is call attention to yourself. Be a wolf in sheep's clothing. That's what I love about my CTT. It's a sleeper until I blow your doors off!
