first race results
I recently purchased a white 2011 TTS. I got it over the winter and am just now starting to enjoy the car. I've had several highly modified fast cars before (cts-v, sr20 240, audi S4, subie STi), but NOTHING that compares to the experience of this beast... in stock form! I didn't know I could love a car so much.
I got to go to the track first time and ran very consistent 11.0's with stock tires, and DA's of about 3200. The car was stock except for an off-the-shelf cobb 93 octane tune. After playing with the settings, lane set ups, and tire pressure I was able to run 3 back to back runs of 10.7X@127 with 1.7X 60'. I was very happy with this result and I'm looking forward to going back with a few more mods.
the 2 things that helped me break into the 10's were lowering tire pressure to 30front and 24 rear, avoiding the water box, and letting the car have 3 seconds floored in launch mode to build boost.
Pic below of me racing my other car driven by my brother...

I have a Kline catless exhaust and IPD plenum already purchased and ready to install. I will probably stick to those power mods and a protune to complete my first round.
After that I'm either going to do the do88 big pack and meth injection... which seems to be the standard upgrade path. OR I might try something different and just do the IPD Y-pipe with stock intercoolers and tune on ethanol. I know these cars are fuel limited but I have some ideas.
I'd love to get some input on my ideas.

Good to follow your progress- mine is stock other than wheels/tires, sharkwerks catback, rollbar/seat/harness/high temp brake fluid- what a beast in stock form!! I’m looking at alignment/springs/catless/tune myself.

Just purchase my TTS as well. Trying to decide on tuning. Car came with an EP exhaust with 100 cats.
Can't wait to get to the track.

Anything new with your car OP???
I just got my Cobb AP and haven't driven it but a few mile with the OTS Stg. 2 - 93 oct. tune.
But I did an event a few months ago in the HOT summer weather here in ATL. Totally stock (except Europipe) was able to manage a 10.96 @ 124.10 MPH (with a 1.55 60 Ft.). I was very happy for the 10!!
I imagine with the OTS tune, mine would be near your 10.7 / 127-128 mph range.
I just bought the PDK tune from Sam as well. Hoping to load and drive it on Tues.
