The mileage is very important, as well as condition....but specific options and interior colors are also significant factors. Things like axle lock, sport chrono, type and color of seats, and ceramic vs steel brakes, etc can have a significant effect on price and desireability.

Not sure about a bubble because of a new model being introduced. But, a further weakening economy may force prices somewhat lower.
If you plan on keeping it for awhile you definitely will want to pin the coolant pipes. The stock fittings are getting old and are definitely a weak spot. With a good purchase price and a few potential upgrades you will have a rock solid car. Enjoy and stay safe.
