ES1200 997.2 Build
Hello all!!
I have been very busy with work and life, didn't have enough time to actually set down and write a good thread on my build.
Following my awesome results on my homemade FBO ES700 kit (see build thread: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...t-esmotor.html )
I have decided later last year to move ahead and comission the world's first ES1200 997.2.
I am going to keep updating the thread and restructure the info, but I wanted to get it started with some good material to share at least
here is my build spec:
* ES1200 4.2L engine: stroker, piston and rods, head studs etc with Motorsports heads and cams
* ESmotor Fuel system: custom intake manifold with 6 port injectors, FlexFuel and in-tank pumps, OEM fuel system still functions as is
* ESmotor Turbo kit: exhaust header and Garret G25-660 turbos. I started with those turbos as I have agreed with Emre @ESMotor that I wanted torque everywhere with minimum lag rather than the most WHP we can extract
* Syvecs S6+ ECU which I am updating to S7+
* Dodson Motorsports Clutches and PDK billet pan and bracing.
* DSS rear axles
I am more than pleased with the results.... although I am only on lower boost level and only on pump gas tune. it is a rocket!!
it is doing 3.7s 100 to 200kmh pulls in our summer hot weather currently... cannot wait for the winter season to crank it up
ESMOTOR and KANOO PERFORMANCE joint project
yes, late nights pulls!! Thanks Emre and ESMOTOR team!
Sauce Maker
Baby G25-660
MAPs changing on the fly and so is Traction Control... a **** for each

Pump gas with meth on 1.5bar of boost

So this week after a while of enjoying the car on pump gas
Running 870whp and 870wtq
Decided to add some ethanol X98 to the pump gas and crank up the boost to 25.5psi on E55 ethanol reading
Car did wonderful !
Thanks Emre I appreciate all the hard work and dedication into this creation!
I'm yet to test the car soon

Ali- Big congrats to you, Emre and the entire ESmotor team for an incredible build. This car will be a monster. You're in excellent hands, quite sure you already know that. Crank the boost up and enjoy!!

I am not the first actually. Emre had two cars probably before me running G25s.. but on stock engines.
We'll tune it soon with Ethanol... Hopefully we do 1000whp+
Especially those turbos is my street and fun setup. For major competition probably will go bigger pair

Emre was a true sport and utilized my SpeedTech exhaust in the new build! We both agreed is sounds awesome and I do have emotional attachment to it since it sounds awesome, plus it's my car's first mod hahhaha
